From architectural shots to staff photos or product images for a catalog – I shoot it all.

My approach to photographing your product depends entirely on your needs. Do you need an accurate reproduction for a catalog? An interesting, appealing abstract image for advertising? Do you want the product photographed by itself, or in an environment. Whatever your needs are, I will do my absolute best to provide you with the best quality images.
I will come to you, or you may ship the items to me. Contact me with your needs, and I would be happy to present you with a session designed especially for you.

Because commercial photography often has many variables including location, time and degree of difficulty, I will be happy to submit a "not to exceed" bid. That quote will be honored as long as the specifications do not change.

Product Photography
Outdoor Locations - $20.00 an item
An outdoor shot often takes more time and requires travel to a proper location. Client receives one CD of images – 5 images per item
Studio Photos - $10.00 an item
Client receives one CD of images – 5 images per item

Text or other enhancements, like borders - $2.00/image

Real Estate

Since I was a little girl I've had a love for architecture - second only to my photography. I spent months designing my own home on graph paper - about 20 pages of work, when I was 10. As I got older I began to walk slowly past homes in my neighborhood that had their lights on with the hope that I'd catch a glimpse of what lay inside. It had nothing to do with the people in it. I wanted to know the design. I can't even ride in a car without turning myself all the way around just to see what lies behind the window pane.

Now, as an adult who is blessed to be doing the thing she loves most with her life, I would love nothing more than to merge the two.

In the time before, and after, buying our own home, I've looked at many realty websites. What I learned about myself only agrees with the latest research on the subject:

Research shows that potential buyers rate images as the most important item that they look for when reviewing a property on the Internet. They rate images above all other information, including description and features. Recent figures also show that when comparing properties that have pictures taken by a photographer rather than pictures by an estate agent, the property with the high quality images is 1.5 times more likely to be sold in the same set amount of time. The same research also shows potential purchasers are almost 3 times more likely to visit properties that use professional photography as a marketing tool.

I know that I rarely thought twice about a listing that either a) didn't have any photographs at all or b) had images that were low quality or didn't show me the flow and layout of a home. As a photographer I know that it takes having the right equipment and 'eye' to accomplish this.

Events

I know how hard it can be to host a special event. You have to be in a million places at once to make sure that things are running smoothly and everyone’s having a good time. Chances are there will be one or two guests there with a camera, but you may not get a copy of the photos for yourself.

I would gladly be there to help you out, taking photos to be sized any way you’d like. They could be your gift to the couple you are celebrating or a special look at your child’s birthday.

As in all photo sessions, I blend in so as not to interrupt your event and my photojournalistic style looks for those special opportunities that capture the true essence of the individuals there.

Mileage applies when event is over 30 miles away at $.50 a mile over the first 30. (Mileage based on Mapquest.com maps.)

I do have pre-built packages, but I also offer the option to build your own. I know that families come in many sizes and income levels. I’m not going force you to buy more than you need. My fees are based on mileage, equipment rental (if necessary) and time.

Arrangements will be made on the day of the shoot, for me to meet with you to pick out the pictures you would like and order your print package. Cost for prints is due at the time of ordering.

Memory Mats - How about purchasing a mat to compliment your photo and have it signed by all your guests? Then you can frame a photo of your choice (8x10 or larger) with the mat. A great alternative to a guestbook which often gets put away and forgotten.

CD of images
You may purchase a CD of the images for $75.00. Sometimes it will require more than one to hold all the images. Fee is per CD. Images may be cropped to fit only certain sizes, so please keep that in mind when printing them.
